Drowns in Harrisville

HARRISCILLE (AP) - A one and a half year old girl drowned yesterday in a canal that runs through the center of town. The body of Patricia Kelly was recovered from water beneath a bridge by Police Chief Leo Dion Efforts, te revive the child failed. Patricia apperently fell into the canal after she wandered off from her playmates. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Kelly.
